I have been a professional Ferrari Finder for over 10 years. I basically act as an agent between a buyer looking to buy a used ferrari and a seller who is looking (or not occasionally) to sell a ferrari. As the cars are worth so much it makes it worth while for a customer to use me to facilitate the purchase. In example I was asked to find a Ferrari Enzo last week, a phenominally hard to find car that had me climbing walls calling all sorts of numbers that should have ferrari’s for sale. In the end I managed it though, much to my favour as I got a good fee - almost 5% of the total cars worth, which was a lot I can tell you!

Every year, hundreds of new teachers flock to the land of the rising sun. Their plans are to enjoy the following 12 months or more teaching English in Japan. It’s a fascinating opportunity - some will either hate it or love it. It’s rare to fall in the middle. Amongst fellow English teachers I know of, the ones that love their new lifestyle are usually the ones that have made the effort to learn Japanese. It helps you become more independent and fit into society.
However, learning Japanese is not an easy feat. Especially with the distractions of the internet. Furthermore, as an English teacher, the opportunities to learn Japanese is rather low. Reason being is that you are always in the classroom teaching English. It’s even worse if your students are children, as there will be no opportunity to build an outside the class friendship.
Ideally it’s best to do a few months beginners course before heading abroad in the search of ESL jobs in Japan.

Hi Guys and Gals, Peter here again with another installment
on how to earn an income online.
Lately products have been surging out into the market claiming
to get you thousands of dollars without any work and to be
honest with you thats just a bunch of crap.
I say put your money where your mouth is and give us the proof.
Now granted their are many out there making extreme boatloads
of money. I for one can attest to that
But for the average internet marketer or newbie coming online
the road to wealth can be somewhat painful and brutal.
I recently fell across a product that I just had to
pick up based on a lot hype, and I have to tell you that
I was impressed to say the least.
The infoproduct is from the world famous or infamous brand
(however you want to look at it)
Day job killer himself Chris and Alex.
They have dropped some of the biggest bombs on the net
like Affiliate Project X, Affiliate commandments, Day Job
Killer and a few more spectacular titles.
Their latest Google Bombshell is Project Black Mask.
Affiliate-Marketing-Profits
The ebook contains the kind of stealthy, underground
and downright nasty techniques…
(stolen from the successful and rich internet money-makers)
which the Day Job Killer team is widely renowned for.
It is very short and straight to the point, less than 100 pages
and is extremely easy to read. It has no fluff, no hype
no outdated black hat redundant techniques that doesn’t
work any more.
The techniques are being used right now by a few people
in-the-know who are making a killing with it online.
I personally use this material right now to create my income
out of thin air and you can do the same.
Make Money With Project BlackMask
Good luck to you and to your continued online success
Peter.

One of the best ways to protect personnel, prevent accidents, reduce costs and save time is to perform regular Construction Safety audits. Intermittent, unannounced job site safety surveys help you find hazards and dangerous situations that could ruin somebody’s day. Timely discovery allows immediate corrective action or efficient scheduling of what needs to be done.
The following are nine potential construction safety problems that can turn up on any busy job site. Please click on Construction Safety to have a look at my more detailed article.
- Improperly installed stairs.
- Missing rails and railings.
- Office trailer doors.
- Container labeling.
- Trenching.
- Worn or damaged slings.
- Fire extinguisher access.
- Damage to ladders.
- Flammable liquid storage.
A dedicated, on-site construction safety officer provides the business owner with significant security and comfort. Knowing that job site personnel are being protected, disruptions are being headed off or minimized, and governmental safety regulations are being satisfied, means that a lot of important bases are covered.

Increasingly, it is received wisdom that you will need work experience prior to applying for your first job, and that, particularly in the arts, this will probably have been unpaid. The number of graduates has been rising sharply over the past few years, with employment competition becoming ever tougher, but do you really need to offer yourself as a slave just to get a foot in the door, and how valuable will such experience be considered by others?
If you wish to work for nothing, make sure that it is on your terms and for your benefit, perhaps to try out a particular company, or to see if you like a specific area of work. Do not stay too long in this sort of position, a couple of months at most, learn as much as you can, ensure that the situation is to your benefit, not others.
The problem with working for nothing is that the value of any commodity, including your experience, is judged by cost; if you are prepared to work for nothing it is likely that is precisely the value placed upon your experience when you apply for your first paid job. At the very least, try to make sure that you are reimbursed all travel costs, lunch allowance and so on, calculate how much money you need for expenses and ask for at least this much.
If two applicants have similar experience, but one has been paid then this will be more highly valued than that gained through unpaid work. Basically, you are more valuable if you were paid than if not.
Before attending any meeting make sure that you find out about the firm before you go, dress the part, above all, remember that if they want to meet you, then they already believe that you can do the job, remember that the meeting is for you to display how you can be of value to them. Next time, we will take a look at that first CV.

Top 10 Funniest Job Horror Stories
Passover is the celebration of the Israelites’ deliverance from the hands of their ancient Egyptian taskmasters. Although Jacob Richman’s 2007 Salary Survey Results showed that 92% of Israeli hitech workers are satisfied with their jobs, many people elsewhere feel that they too could use an exodus of their own and if not that, perhaps a plague or ten for their bosses and cohorts. In the spirit of the holiday, here are the Top 10 Funniest Job Horror Stories.

Funniest Strangest Job Titles Ever
If all recruiters followed the solid, classic rules of job advertisement writing, you would only see the same job titles over and over when scanning job listings. Too often, hiring staff will only get creative when it comes to glossing over job description details that might otherwise repel candidates. However, there are times when the actual job name is remarkable enough on its own and clearly needs no embellishment.
