I am not usually one to go for secured loans but on this occasion I did go for a secured loan against my property. It worked out for me in the end because I had 4 different Mortgages with four different lenders which meant I was getting an ok deal (as I had shopped around.) Needless to say I freed up some capital and went ahead with my new business plans.
I really am glad I turned to Loans because I would not be half as established as I am today, so quickly had I opted for securing my own funds rather than getting quick help. But you do really have to do your research and get a loan that suits you!

Now usually I wouldn’t bother with life insurance but recently I have been very accident prone. Last week I had a car crash in which I narrowly averted death and already this week I have injured my back and nearly been run over by a passing trucker. So I suppose more than ever life insurance is required.
So I went to my local insurance broker to see what he could offer me but he said he doesn’t do term life insurance which is what I had planned on using to cover my next 20 years or so of mishaps. Needless to say I am now looking online for some quality life insurance - Guess with my luck with cars I should probably get some better car insurance too!!!! Its been one hell of a strange week I can tell you that!

More so in the music and clubbing industry, DJ’s are going to sites to download ringtones that have been introduced by their friends. We all know that word of mouth advertising is one of the most effective forms around. Companies should really spend more time on quality of products rather than expensive ads that mean nothing. Some of the biggest companies around spend next to nothing on advertising compared to their revenues. Take Google for example, have you ever seen Google sponsor a sporting event? They spend next to nothing on advertising.
The ringtone industry would be the complete opposite. Carriers like AT&T, Nextel, Sprint and Verizon all spend huge sums pushing customers to download ringtones, yet shouldn’t they be more concerned about offering a better product? Many are also trying to advertise on MySpace, and other MySpace music sites, but frankly, I believe they are wasting their time.

Surely you can put on a party all by yourself, can’t you?
Yes you can.
But I’ve seen and heard time and time again the laments of well-meaning friends who decided to help someone plan an event, “I didn’t realize planning an event is so much work!”
After all, you only have to: find a top notch caterer, select the proper menu, call in a band, get some tables, decorate the tables, create a fabulous center piece, choose a lighting professional, find a location, negotiate terms, make a guest list, prepare the invitations, print the invitations, mail the invitations, create a theme, decorate accordingly, hire some side attractions, pick a creative photographer/videographer, select some flower arrangements, negotiate hotel rates for out-of-towners, and the list goes on…
Yes, anyone can do it. Do it well? That’s another issue.
Most troubling is, you never get to enjoy your own party!
Then there are corporate events - don’t ask.
Any company that tries to do it themselves are laying to much on the line.
With reputations at stake, it clearly isn’t worth a do-it-yourself approach.
I’ve seen corporate events that were simply pitiful. Two hundred guests standing for 2 hours because there weren’t enough chairs…cold food…sound equipment with no sound…did someone forget the lighting?
Yes. Planning an event is a big production whether you want it to be or not. Your guests will talk - this you can be sure of.
And let’s not forget Murphy’s Law with regards to production: “If anything can go wrong - it will.”
Unless it is your two year olds’ birthday - you might want to consider some professional help and advice.
Seek out someone with experience. Leave it in their court and have fun!

The latest internet marketing manual, Project Black Mask Adsense, has ruffled a few feathers. The forums and blogs are ablaze with debate. This is the normal reaction amongst internet marketers when ever “black hat” methods are mentioned. They either love it or hate it. There are a lot of people who never even heard of these methods before, but that is going to change fast considering the popularity of this ebook.
There really isn’t anything illegal about the black hat methods, but they do “game” the system to an extent and can possibly get your domain banned from google. But what about grey hat methods. I personally use an automated blogging software to get my “white hat” sites indexed by the search engines quickly. Once they are listed, I go back to normal white hat methods of promotion.
Is this wrong? Am I a bad person because I want to get my sites indexed in a week or so instead of waiting for 2 or 3 months? Granted, some the the methods being used are downright devious, but who can blame people after the recent “google slap”. Let’s face it, adwords is becoming a killing field. I was recently running a pay per click campaign for a “bass fishing” ebook. The other day I get an email from google stating that my campaign required my attention.
My keywords were inactive and I needed t0 raise my minimum bid to $10.00 to reactivate them. This campaign had been running for months at .35 per click and wasn’ t doing badly either. Some jerk came along and put in some crazy price per click. Who can blame somebody for looking at alternative methods.
