Building traffic to your new web site isn’t an easy task. One way is to purchase traffic from companies that specialize in sending web traffic.
Unfortunately, many web traffic services send poor traffic. In fact, if you use those services, chances are most users will NEVER SEE YOUR SITE! This is because some web traffic services use tricks to load your page without ever being seen - indeed, they send the same visitor to tens or even hundreds of sites! The worst part is that they never even tell you… your counter moves, but you make no sales!
TrafficCircuit.com is different however and they actually send real people who really see your web site.
If you’re looking to buy web site traffic at very competitive rates check out TrafficCircuit.com

Customer service is the holy grail of most service and product organisations. Yet there are three basics that are vital to go further - to delight your customers…
The radio show I was listening to was debating the reasons for rude and offhand customer service. I had to share with them the three simple reasons for poor customer service (interestingly, they let the phone ring out and cut me off after a while, so not so special customer service at their end!).
So here are just three simple reasons - none of which are the fault of the person giving the customer service!
So then, three simple reasons - and solutions…
- Firstly - the wrong people are recruited for customer-facing roles. Retail (my background), is tough - some customers are tough and it is not as attractive a proposition to some people as an easier number in an office. So recruiters panic and take what they can get - often the wrong people to face customers.
Recruit ‘people’ people for your customer-facing work.
- Secondly - management quality is frequently poor. Here, often again due to poor recruiting (because there is a big shortage of good managers in the UK), the wrong people get recruited into management - they are not ‘people’people either.
Managers need to deliver results, sure, but they also need to use their employees in the very best way - by coming alongside them and working together, utilising their special skills and squeezing the very best from them.
Yet, in a way in which the employee loves the work. It is fun, fulfilling and their environment is conducive to enjoyment.
Recruit sharp managers, especially those who have the very best ‘people’ skills.
- Finally - customer service is about focus. Your freshly recruited ‘people’ people, well supported from above, need to be freed up to look after the customers they want to give great service to.
Organisations are much more demanding, to meet the requirements of shareholders profit needs, and use multi-tasking to drive productivity.
Focusing on three tasks at once means they can’t give their total focus to delighting customers by building great relationships with every one of them. There is a place for multitasking, but other jobs must very clearly come second to customers.
Personally, I think multitasking is actually less productive, but that’s me.
Give your customer-facing people the complete freedom to focus on customers.
I never heard whether my comments got aired, though they did ring me back, the signal got lost. All that free advice, lost forever - except to reader here, of course! Focusing on my loyal ‘customers’

Do you find yourself looking for a way to make some extra money?
How about creating a website on something that everyone includes
in their life, Music? The opportunities are endless and what’s
great about it is that you can make money on it while you’re
eating, sleeping, or just sitting around watching TV.
Don’t get me wrong, it is a lot of work in the beginning to get
everything started. Once you get your website built the way you
want it though, all that is left is maintaining it to keep it at
tip top shape. From there you’ll be making money off of it
24/7. So, how do you get started and how do you make money off
of it you may be wondering?
To start off you need to purchase a domain name, which is your
website URL. You can do this at GoDaddy.com for a cheap price
of $9.20 per year. Now you have your website name, the next
step is to pick a host for your website. This is where you will
build your website. You can do this at GoDaddy.com starting at
$3.95 per month, or choose to go to another hosting company as
there are many out there.
From there you are set to build your website, now how do you
begin making money off of it?
There are many ways to make money off of your website. One way
is to join affiliate programs through companies around the
world. How an affiliate program works is you join under that
company and refer people through your website to their website.
Then, as people go to the companies website through yours,
whatever the person buy’s you get a certain amount of money off
of their purchase.
The amount made varies from company to company and it even
varies among the different products sold. The big name
companies you’ll often make less money off of, such as Best Buy
and Circuit City you’ll make approximately 3-7% on all sales.
Smaller companies some times offer more through their affiliate
programs, but people sometimes will opt to go to the well known
companies instead.
For a music website you’ll obviously want to join affiliate
programs dealing with entertainment of some sort. Bestbuy.com
and CircuitCity.com are good ones to join, but can be difficult
to get into when you’re just starting out. One good one can be
found at:
http://www.best-mp3-music-downloads.com/buy.html
Clickbank.com is an affiliate network that is extremely good to
join as you instantly gain access to you choice of over 10,000
digital products to sell on your website. There are nine
categories associated with clickbank.com, but categories to
focus on with a music website through clickbank.com would be fun
and entertainment and sports and recreation.
Where you find the registration form for the affiliate programs
is on the companies’ homepage, and it is usually listed on the
bottom of their homepage as affiliate program. When doing a
music website you don’t have to just stick with music affiliate
programs either. You can focus on entertainment as a whole that
way you can join affiliate programs for games, movies, posters
and more.
Another way you can make money through affiliate programs is
two-tier programs. Two-tier programs are programs that you make
money off of people signing up for the affiliate program through
you. Not all affiliate programs offer two-tier programs, but
they are out there and signing up to affiliate programs with
two-tier programs is to your benefit. A few entertainment
two-tier programs that I have joined include;

The best thing with affiliate programs is that they are free.
You make money off of selling companies’ products and it doesn’t
cost you a thing to register under the company. Another bonus
to affiliate programs is that there is no limit as to how many
you are allowed to join and put on your website. The sky is the
limit with affiliate programs and money can be made 24/7 on your
music website today at the cost of nothing.

Finding Romantic Gifts for someone you care about is a decision of a lifetime. If the relationship is young the gift must say something about the receiver. If the relationship is more mature, the romantic gift must address your relationship with your romantic interest. Some of the romantic gift standards are jewelry, apparel and fragrances. Modern romantic gifts can be anything from housewares, kitchenware and sports memorabilia. We always struggle to get the best romantic gift for a loved one but the best romantic gift is one from the heart. The best romantic gift may very well be a new swimsuit or opulent fragrance but the best romantic gift may also be an electronic dictionary or leather vest. A romantic gift is from the heart and meant to tell the other person how we feel. We want everything to be perfect before handing the romantic gift over. Give the gift that “rocks their world.” Giving gifts which are natural and practical say a great deal about how you see your intended. Giving gifts which are opulent and lavish can speak to the heart of love to say “You are worth it all.” How better to say “I care” then with a spontaneous romantic gift that the other person will never forget in a million years. Thousands of people trawl the Internet each and every day looking for ‘get-rich-quick’ schemes. The dream of earning a significant wage for not a lot of work is a dream that drives people to try some of the more outrageous ideas. The dream of being able to quit your dull everyday job and earn a living at home with the family, investing just a few hours here and there. Unfortunately few if any of these schemes really work, even if they produce results the likelihood of them creating enough revenue to finish with full-time work forever is very small. Away from the world of e-books promising unexpected bounties and software that can do everything for you is a real world where real people make money each an every day. This is called the online affiliate program.
This is a proven tried and tested method of adding extra income to your site, simply by adding a few adverts. There are no secrets, no impossible guarantees and best of all no money to pay up front. It may sound too good to be true, but the truth is very different. Every time you have accessed the Internet the truth to making money online has probably been right under your nose. All of those pop-ups and flashing banners are owned by affiliates associated with other sites. The vast majority of major sites and even smaller personal sites have taken advantage of what is a very simple but hugely effective way to earn money.
Industries like that of online gaming and casinos can credit much of their success to advertising in this cost free fashion. By offering website owners free promotional tools and banners they can spread their web of visibility. The more people they can reach out to the more likely they are to pick up some new custom. It is through this affiliate scheme that they can produce some of their best results. Because unlike in standard advertising where one company pays another to promote them in a simple one off transaction, affiliates earn more as they attract more people. Therefore it is a huge incentive for the affiliates to build a large customer base for not only the site but for themselves. These bonuses and constant benefits for both parties keep the both industries thriving and everybody happy. With affiliates earning anywhere between 15 and 35% of a players lifetime money generated, there is little wonder how or why people keep joining and keep earning through affiliate programs. Whilst no website is guaranteed to make money, the budget and amount of work are kept in check by the affiliate. They can invest as much or as little as they want. The more an affiliate is willing to invest in terms of time and money the higher the chances of success, much like in any other industry.

My guest spot this month was writing about audi, the cars they produce and the best places to find out about audi’s for sale and even go as far depth into it as which models break first and why. I took up the challenge with a smile on my face, firstly due to the fact I own an audi so I can easily write a bomb of information about it. Secondly because I love cars and rarely get a good car writing job that I can get my teeth stuck into.
I started out listing the good points about audi cars, going from the state of the art build and design right through to safety records and leather quality. I was about to move on to the negatives but now I am stuck - I can’t think of ANY!!!

To save up for 2 years? I have been putting money away sensibly for over 2 years, saving for the day that has just come when I have enough money to buy a car outright. I am all about the used cars, don’t get me wrong - I just have wanted this car as a brand new car since I was a kid. Brand new cars in pembs are not that readily brought - it is not a hugely rich county. This makes it well cool to be getting a new alfa romeo - I so cant wait for the car to turn up - Its going to be a tenuous week before it does!

Hard money loans are usually only a viable choice when the alternative is to quick sell property. Even though the interest rates for hard money loans can be almost double what a commercial property loan usually has, selling property quickly below real value would be an even worse choice.

..its WHO you know. Thats how the saying goes but personally I think its probably a bit of both - I mean what good is it knowing the president if you don’t know anything about anything like what you want out of life, today etc. Its all very well knowing a lot but without other people it is true that you probably won’t achieve much - or will you? I have been driving around in my used daewoo for months but have never really gotten anywhere with my business so this is my new approach - learn more, meet more people and develop some good long lasting business relationships.
