Improving your business in seven steps

Objects: Make sure the promotional product and campaign is coupled to or bolster up with a well-defined marketing or communications objective. The aims should not be too complicated.

Target Audiences: Creating a targeted, promotional gifts campaign should be directed to a particular audience. An objective for each audience must be formulated.

Messages: Promotional products campaigns had better express a preset content to each audience. This message must be clear and concise. No one effort should attempt to transmit too many messages. Normally, most beneficial results are attained when only one or two key points are accented.

Theme: An “umbrella” program theme should be prepared. The subject should take into account subject matter, audiences and the nature of the product or service.

Originality: Promotional item topics and products should be as original as possible to pique interest.

Usefulness: Promotional items need be practical gifts that receivers will use repeatedly. If the item is not used frequently, it should be attractive or cosmetic and remain in view.

Follow-ups: Some of the best promotional product efforts result in an improved rate of reaction from receivers or permit sales force follow-ups either by phone or in person. In this manner a drive can become a door opener.

How many documents do you sign in a day?

Everyone uses promotional pens. Think about it someone is always asking for your “John Hancock” on some document. That makes pens a great way to seal the deal. With every loan doc or contract you have signed give your customer a nice quality promotional pen with your company name on the barrel. - Don’t waste your money on a cheap pen because it will just get lost or misplaced but a good pen will be kept.

Good Pens -

One of the best promotional products to use in promoting you business are promotional pens. Every one uses a pen daily and what better way to remind your customers about your company than with a good promotional pen that has you name on it. Remember to buy a quality pen because this represents your company and you also want the customer to use the pen.

to promote a wide range of downloadable Audio books from an online

Once you have created an account, Leisure Audio books will provide you

with a link which you can use to send people to your own audio

bookstore for a 15% commission on all sales. 15% didn’t seem like much to me until I

understood the growing demand and popularity of these audio books.

The new affiliate program was launched in June,2007. Read on to discover

what I learned about Leisure Audio books:

What type of products can I promote with Leisure Audio Books?

to promote a huge selection of downloadable audio books in MP3 or WMA

format.

Categories include arts & drama, biography, business,

crimes & thrillers, fiction, foreign language study, health &

recreation, history, humor, juvenile, radio shows, religion &

spiritual, self help and TV & Film.

Having your own website is always an advantage, as with any affiliate program,

but it is still possible to join Leisure Audio Books if you don’t have

a website. You could promote it on your blog, or advertise your

affiliate link in your email signature, use classified or pay per click

advertising or even tell your family and friends about your store.

What help & training is available for affiliates?

The leisure audio books back office has an impressive range of tools to

help affiliates. There is an extensive faq, a promotional page with

lots of suggestions on how to promote Leisure Audio books including

sample emails, banners, business card templates, classified ads,

squeeze pages, splash pages and more.

There is also a section on Getting Started” explaining exactly

what you need to do to promote leisure audio books.

What I liked the best was the potential to add certain leisure audio books

from the leisure audio books online store to my various niche websites.

If you want to promote specific areas of the store

e.g. business audios only or self help audios only, you can easily

generate links for these areas, as well as graphical and non graphical

links to specific products.

Overall I was very impressed with the

Leisure Audio Books back office. There is a lot helpful material there

for affiliates and the owners are very active and supportive.

How To Make Income Out Of Thin Air With Project Black Mask

Hi Guys and Gals, Peter here again with another installment
on how to earn an income online.

Lately products have been surging out into the market claiming
to get you thousands of dollars without any work and to be
honest with you thats just a bunch of crap.

I say put your money where your mouth is and give us the proof.

Now granted their are many out there making extreme boatloads
of money. I for one can attest to that ;-)

But for the average internet marketer or newbie coming online
the road to wealth can be somewhat painful and brutal.

I recently fell across a product that I just had to
pick up based on a lot hype, and I have to tell you that
I was impressed to say the least.

The infoproduct is from the world famous or infamous brand
(however you want to look at it)

Day job killer himself Chris and Alex.
They have dropped some of the biggest bombs on the net
like Affiliate Project X, Affiliate commandments, Day Job
Killer and a few more spectacular titles.

Their latest Google Bombshell is Project Black Mask.
Affiliate-Marketing-Profits

The ebook contains the kind of stealthy, underground
and downright nasty techniques…

(stolen from the successful and rich internet money-makers)

which the Day Job Killer team is widely renowned for.

It is very short and straight to the point, less than 100 pages
and is extremely easy to read. It has no fluff, no hype
no outdated black hat redundant techniques that doesn’t
work any more.

The techniques are being used right now by a few people
in-the-know who are making a killing with it online.

I personally use this material right now to create my income
out of thin air and you can do the same.
Make Money With Project BlackMask

Good luck to you and to your continued online success

Peter.

Top 10 Best Job Ads of the World

Top 10 Funniest Job Horror Stories

Passover is the celebration of the Israelites’ deliverance from the hands of their ancient Egyptian taskmasters. Although Jacob Richman’s 2007 Salary Survey Results showed that 92% of Israeli hitech workers are satisfied with their jobs, many people elsewhere feel that they too could use an exodus of their own and if not that, perhaps a plague or ten for their bosses and cohorts. In the spirit of the holiday, here are the Top 10 Funniest Job Horror Stories.

Funniest Strangest Job Titles Ever

If all recruiters followed the solid, classic rules of job advertisement writing, you would only see the same job titles over and over when scanning job listings. Too often, hiring staff will only get creative when it comes to glossing over job description details that might otherwise repel candidates. However, there are times when the actual job name is remarkable enough on its own and clearly needs no embellishment.

What is an Artist’s Statement & How Often Should It Be Updated?

An artist’s statement is a statement of ideas and thoughts that describe your philosophy, vision, and passion towards your artistic creations.

Ponder over the following questions prior to writing your artist’s statement:

  • Is your work whimsical, thought provoking, or edgy?

  • Does it portray a series of stories?

  • Whom or what has influenced you the most?

  • How is your work meaningful to you?

How do you begin to write your artists statement? You could begin by writing a quote that has inspired you and your work, or you could create a strong sentence that summarizes your philosophy about your life and how art has changed your views on life in general. You could also include what type of style and technique that motivates you the most while creating your art creation.

Some artists have writer’s block when it comes to putting down their thoughts on paper. I would suggest that you start with words that best describe your art and inner thoughts then go back to edit them into definite statements. Most artists know and feel what they are trying to convey to their audience, however, writing it down becomes a huge task.

Personally, I believe your artist’s statement should be written by yourself because of the personal touch you would be able to provide to it. No one knows better about your artistry other than yourself. Your audience will get a feel of what your inner thoughts are and how you find this passion to be a lifestyle and not a hobby.

Make sure you aren’t using too many words that only artists would recognize. Express yourself while allowing your words to flow. You are expressing your passion; so don’t feel pressured to become a renounced writer.

While being an artist is a rewarding career, unfortunately, there are people outside of this industry who would say it is a hobby. So, it is very important to express how you feel about your craft through your artist’s statement. Writing a one-page statement would be sufficient in getting your statement across to your audience, but if it runs to a page two, that’s fine. Clearly, it shows your audience that you are vividly and precisely getting your thoughts across.

Your artist’s statement should be updated as your career inspires new direction and when there are profound events that have captured new inspirations in your creative vision. Your statement could be updated at the same pace similar to updating your résumé.

If you’re still unsure how to get started, here are two excellent sites that have sample statements: www.mollygordon.com or www.naia-artists.org

Your artist’s statement is a very important tool. Take a block of time out of your daily or weekly schedules to create the type of statement that will allow your audience to understand how you began your journey.
